During the Sant’Ambrogio bank holiday, tradition has it that people start doing their Christmas trees and their Christmas shopping.

All the stores windows were covered by smiling gingerbread men that invited them in to be overwhelmed by the Christmas atmosphere: red trays and berries and elegant clutch bags were given as Christmas presents to the ladies.
Who was the protagonist? An original gingerbread man to bring home and… why not?! hang to the tree.
